Payment & Shipping
Special Instructions & Delivery: When you provide us with special instructions as it relates to your order delivery preferences, including, without limitation, instructions to leave the products in a particular place, (by the guesthouse, or with a neighbor, etc.), you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of these instructions. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the product that results from following your instructions.
Delivery will be complete once we deliver the product to the address you provided at checkout, or per your other instructions. You will own the product once delivery is complete.
Insurance: For the purchases that you make with us, through the Site, the title, and risk of damage or loss of purchased items will be your responsibility as the respective customer upon completion of the import customs clearance for purchases beyond $100 USD (or 80£ for a UK delivery address).

The maximum order value for international shipment is USD $2,500.
Some items, including hazardous materials, furs, and exotic leathers, and jewelry may not be available for international shipment. Some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped internationally. - We work with manufacturers from around the globe to bring you the best selections of fashion and apparel. Many of our products are fulfilled from and manufactured in China, while other products are fulfilled from inside the USA but manufactured elsewhere.
Please note while we will always do our best to ensure prompt dispatch (usually within 2-3 days), orders may take up to 7 days to be processed, packaged, and dispatched for shipment in some cases. We find that in most cases on average (and excluding handling time) international economy shipping usually takes about 18 days to arrive at the final destination but may take as long as 35 days in some cases. This range varies depending on the final destination of the shipment, seasonal, and other considerations.
