CHEST: Measure around the back, under the arms, and across the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape measure flat against the body snug but not too tight. Generally, you need to add 4-6 cm to your chest parameters.
WAIST: Measure around the waist, with the tape measure flat against the figure and snug but not too tight.
HIPS: Measure over the fullest part of the hips (usually 21-23cm / 8-9” down from the waist) while holding the tape measure snugly, but not too tight.If you have wide hips, choose the size according to your hips.
INSEAM: Standing in a fully upright position, measure from the crotch to the bottom of your anklebone (on the inside of the leg).
