1.7. Placing an order
1.7.1. We use your personal data to process and fulfill your orders effectively and to carry out any further obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us. This will include using your email address and/or mobile phone number so that we can send you information confirming your order.
1.7.2. If you report a problem with your order, we may use your personal data to investigate that problem.
1.8. Use of the Luexco Sites and emails
1.8.1. When you use the LUEXCO sites we may use your personal data to:
- register you to use the LUEXCO Sites (if you choose to do so);
- administer the LUEXCO Sites and for internal operations such as helping to diagnose problems with our server, troubleshooting, analyzing data, and other administrative purposes;
- improve the LUEXCO Sites and ensure that content is presented most effectively for you and your computer, tablet, or mobile phone (this may include providing you with content and services in your country's local language and currency);
- permit you to take part in our service's interactive features when you elect to do so;
- keep the LUEXCO Sites safe and secure;
- enhance the services we offer, offer suggestions for products or services that may be of interest to you, and create marketing campaigns (we may use personal data for these reasons as a result of you opening LUEXCOs’ emails too; and
- if you report a problem with the LUEXCO Sites, use your personal data to investigate and resolve the reported problem.
1.9. Profiling - To personalize your shopping experience and improve your interactions with us.
1.9.1 Profiling is defined in law as “any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person. In particular, to analyze or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movements”.
1.9.2 We use information collected from the LUEXCO Sites, in-store, and from competition & promotion entries to conduct profiling. In particular, we use information about you relating to your history of browsing the LUEXCO Sites (collected through cookies) together with any in-store data you may have provided or your entries into our competitions & promotions to categorize users into specific profiles. That information is then used to prioritize certain products and promotions on the LUEXCO Sites in which you are most likely to be interested and to ensure that our marketing is tailored to your preferences.
1.10. Administering Competitions, Marketing, and Promotions
1.10.1 We will use your personal data in relation to your voluntary entry into a competition run by LUEXCO.
1.10.2. Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, and /or phone number if you enter into a promotion or program such as LUEXCO Rewards via the Services or through a third-party platform (“Promotion”). As permitted by applicable law, your information may also be used by LUEXCO or the promotional sponsor for marketing purposes. Your entry into the Promotion may result in the addition of your information to our mailing list as well as to the mailing list of our promotional partners, where permitted by applicable law. 1.11. Mobile Services
1.11.1. We may also use your personal data in relation to marketing or a promotion sponsored by us.
1.12. Customer service, surveys, and training
1.12.1. We may use your personal data to handle any issue which you raise with our service or customer support team.
1.12.2. We, or our appointed third-party research companies, may contact you to take part in customer surveys or polls. If you complete a survey for us, such as a customer satisfaction survey, we, or the research company, will review and examine your answers to the survey questions so that we can better understand how we can improve our products and services.
1.12.3. If you have provided consent and have agreed to take part in customer focus groups, interviews, ethnography studies, or user testing, we, or our appointed third-party research company, may make contact with you to arrange these activities and we, or our research company, will review and analyze your answers so we can better understand how we can improve our products and services

1.19. TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To fulfill the objectives outlined above, we are gathering information about you (see 'Why are we collecting your information?'). This includes:
- Personal Details and Payment
- Personal details (such as name, gender, and date of birth)
- Identity contact details (such as your address, phone number, email address, and password; to register with our site or app as well as financial or payment account information, for delivery, returns, refund, sales tax determinations, payment operations for telemarketing and email marketing purposes);

Instead, we store a unique security “token” assigned to your card details by your payment provider and the last 4 digits of your card);

You acknowledge and agree to our assignment or transfer of rights to your personal information.

2.3. We may disclose your personal information to any member of our organization, which includes our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company, and its subsidiaries.

5.3.3. You may make a verifiable consumer request up to two (2) times within a twelve (12) month period, free of charge unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

5.7.1. We manage accounts and fan pages across various social media platforms (the “Social Media Accounts”), such as Facebook , Instagram , Twitter , YouTube , Pinterest , Snapchat and TikTok. If you visit one of our Social Media Accounts you initiate a variety of data processing operations. If you do not provide us with your personal data, certain functionalities of the social networking platforms requiring such data will not be available to you or only to a limited extent.
